Returns Process:
- We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days to return or exchange products. You have to visit our shop in Shuwaikh for all returns or exchanges.
- Items bought through Tabby cannot be returned. They can only be exchanged with a same or more value order.
Return the relevant products to our store in Shuwaikh in the same condition as delivered, unused in their original packaging. We will process a refund upon receipt of the returned products, excluding any delivery charges you paid for while ordering.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.
Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within one hour of having placed it by leaving us a message through the Whatsapp Button on our homepage.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations once the order is delivered and can only then be returned through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.
