What is Auto Emporio Kuwait, and how do I place an order?
Auto Emporio is your one-stop solution for all car accessory needs, brought to you by Burhani Car Accessories under one roof. Whether you’re looking for the best deals or the latest car accessory arrivals in Kuwait, our intuitive website and mobile app deliver convenience tailored to your needs, right at your fingertips.
When you find an item you’d like to purchase, simply click ‘Add to Cart,’ and the item will be added to your shopping cart. All selected items will be saved in your cart, which you can view anytime by clicking the shopping cart link at the top of the page.
How will I be notified after my order is placed?
Once your order is placed, you will automatically receive a notification via WhatsApp. Additionally, an invoice for your order will be sent to your provided email address. You can also log in to your account on our website, navigate to your orders, and download the invoice anytime.
How do I contact Auto Emporio if I want to make changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, you can reach us via the WhatsApp button on our homepage at +965 66007502. We’ll respond promptly during working hours.

02. status & delivery
When will I receive the items I ordered?
After placing your order, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp. Orders placed before 1 PM will be delivered on the same day, while orders placed after 1 PM will be delivered the following day.
What time will the delivery team contact me?
On the day of delivery, our driver will contact you directly to confirm your availability at the provided address.
What are the delivery charges?
KWD 0.500 Delivery to all areas of Kuwait (excluding the below list).
KWD 3 Delivery to far areas (Only Paid Orders): Sabah Al-Ahmad Residential, Um Al Hayman, Mina Abdullah, Kabd, Mutla Residential, Shuaiba port, Magwa.
KWD 6 Delivery to very far areas (Only Paid Orders): Wafra, Khairan, Zour, Sabah Al Ahmed Marine City, Nuwaiseeb, Bnaider.
During checkout, you can select your area, and the delivery charge will be automatically calculated and added to your invoice.
03. Returns, exchanges and complaints
How can I return or exchange items I bought?
We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days to return or exchange products. Returns and exchanges can be processed at our shop in Shuwaikh.
Please note: Items purchased through Tabby cannot be returned but can be exchanged for products of equal or greater value.
To return a product, ensure it is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the returned item, excluding any delivery charges paid during the initial order.
What should I do if I receive the wrong or a damaged product?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to promptly evaluate the issue and arrange for our driver to replace the product during the next available delivery slot.
How can I cancel my order once I have placed it?
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within one hour of placing it by messaging us via the WhatsApp button on our homepage.
Please note that cancellations are not possible after the order has been delivered. In such cases, please follow the returns/refunds process as mentioned above.

The item I want is sold out. Will it be available again?
Out-of-stock items are usually restocked later unless they are discontinued. For out-of-stock products, you can follow either the special pre-order steps or Notify Me button provided. Rest assured, we will either secure the product for you or provide a clear update.
